The Timelense App, available for iOS, allows users to take photos and send them to their contacts as a personalized postcard. The most exciting feature of this app is that your friends can scan a QR code on the back of the photo to view it in augmented reality, making the experience even more engaging and interactive. This augmented reality feature turns each postcard into a unique experience, offering a new visual dimension that enhances the connection between sender and receiver.

Project execution
In creating the illustrations, my main objective was to develop a character suitable for the application, one that could convey adventure, personality, and energy. I aimed to capture the dynamic spirit of Timelense while ensuring the design elements were visually engaging and resonated with the brand's essence.
I started the design process by creating freehand sketches of different characters. My goal was to find the perfect character for Timelense, one that was distinctive and memorable, standing out while being easily recognizable. After several iterations and detailed revisions, I finally found the right character: one with a contagious smile and a limited color palette, aligned with the brand's visual identity. This approach ensured that the character was consistent with Timelense's branding and conveyed a sense of energy and optimism, perfectly fitting the app's spirit.
My intention was always to create a character that could emotionally connect with users, making them feel part of an adventurous and creative experience while using the app. The final result was a character that was vibrant and full of life, with a friendly and approachable design that invites users to explore all the possibilities that Timelense offers. This approach helped to strengthen the app's visual identity, making it more appealing and memorable, and enhancing the user experience through a cohesive and engaging visual design.
